Noticing the signs and symptoms before take a pregnancy test will help you realize if you are pregnant or not.1

Missed period

It is the earliest sign of pregnancy; however, that doesn’t necessarily mean you’re pregnant- especially if your cycle is irregular. Pregnant women sometimes may have a very light period, losing only little blood.1, 2

Headache

It is common in early pregnancy stages, caused by increasing of blood flow3 & altered hormone levels.2

Weight gain

You can expect to gain between 1 and 4 pounds in the first few months of pregnancy & weight gain becomes more noticeable while moving forward in the second trimester.2

 

 

Breast changes

It is one of the first noticeable signs of pregnancy2.Your breasts may become larger and feel tender, swollen and heavy or full. 1, 2

Other body changes and symptoms will appear as you reach the second trimester. Talk to your doctor about any symptoms so you can feel comforted during your pregnancy.4
