HAVING BACK PAIN PROBLEM, CONGRATS THE BABY IS GROWING

In the early time of pregnancy and as the baby grows, you will experience back pain but don’t worry this is a common problem of pregnancy.1

Pregnancy low back pains results from several factors including hormones, stress on the muscles, posture changes, and weight gain as well as the weight of your growing baby. Your spine has to supports that weight together with your posture. The way you move may also cause strain on your back that is why you should adjust your posture whenever you notice it.2

You may also experience an increase in back pain due to stress during pregnancy. You can minimize all that pain by regularly exercising. This will decrease discomforts of back pain. Simply, applying heat and cold towels to your back might help too.2, 3

 

Always consult your doctor if the pain become severe or it begins to be abrupt or if you have difficulty in urinating.2
